Why do doctors refuse HRT to menopausal women but hand them out to trans people?

This may be a US issue.
If a woman has had a hysterectomy, she can get the progesterone-free HRT—just estrogen. That is pretty safe.
If a woman still has a uterus, she needs estrogen plus progesterone or she will get endometrial cancer.

Oh well. We are the ones who start looking like old men while old men are preening like nubile maidens in “girlhood.” They are brave and we are TERFs for saying they are not us. Irony at its finest.
After the Nurse’s health study, everyone stopped prescribing HRT to women due to fears of breast cancers and blood clots.
Old men do not have boobs or uterus. It is safer to give them our hormones without fear of side effects.
Has anyone ever really waited that long and gotten a paper check mailed 20 days ago?
As for real women, we lose cognitive points, drop bone density, tank our metabolism, develop arthritis and crashing fatigue, lose collagen in our skin and get zero treatment.
